I have an idea that I've been telling people about since 1980 and before. I contacted a number of Automotive Companies....none of whom really even listened to my idea. I knew it was a good idea, and still think it is....despite the nay sayers. All I wanted was 10 cents per car....in perpetuity...but now I would just like the idea implemented...as I think it could not only save a lot of electricity.....but a lot of lives.
ReplyDeleteMy idea is to have automotive paint that has a strong photo-luminescent quality....no matter what color. This way....ALL cars would shine at night....not so brilliantly, that they would cause accidents or such....(obviously there would have to be testing done for the right formulae...but it wouldn't be much at all). Not only would "cars" be able to see one another at night, lessening accidents....but it could save an enormous amount of money on street lighting. No one will listen. (and I know there are certain "applications" you can add to your car, that have phospholuminescent lines or whatnot....I'm talking about the ENTIRE car.) Anyone care to advise?
